Summer a Success for Scouts

When it comes to summers, we at Troop 128 like ones with a lot of activities. And boy, was this summer packed!

The major event this year was Camp Goshen. At Camp Goshen, us Scouts did many fun thinks like preforming skits, having breakfast in canoes on the lake, working on some fun merit badges, and so much more!

However, Camp Goshen was not the only camp we did. We also attended Camp Philmont in New Mexico, Summit in West Virginia, and Camp Catoctin nearby!

Other exiting news is that three scouts completed their Grand Slam in high adventure! Three others earned their Triple Crown!

We have three new Eagle scouts: Rico, Max, and Ethan have all earned their Eagle Merit Badges! We wish them luck as they continue their journey in scouting in and out of the troop!

Well, this has been a fun summer for us! We can only hope fall brings many more fun adventures and possibly new Scouts! Goodbye!
